On a chilly Saturday afternoon, a crowd gathered at Lake Katonah in Katonah, NY to watch as 12 plungers jumped into an ice-coated, frozen lake in order to raise money to help the Elisa Lanera Foundation build a Library/Learning Center in Ghana, West Africa.
